WHAT A DRAFT LOOKS LIKE

A few words.
A clear next step.

An illustrative week for a fictional restaurant with catering and private dining. Your sample uses your confirmed services and inquiry link.

MONDAY · CATERING

Give group meals a clear next step.

“Planning a team lunch? Explore our catering options and tell us your date and group size so we can discuss the details.”

Photo idea: an approved catering spread. Link to your inquiry page.
WEDNESDAY · PRIVATE DINING

Show the space behind the celebration.

“A meal together deserves a space that fits. Ask us about private dining for your next gathering.”

Photo idea: your actual event space. Confirm capacity before adding a number.
FRIDAY · THE NEXT STEP

Keep the invitation simple.

“Have a gathering in mind? Send us your date, guest count and event plans. We’ll discuss what may work for your group.”

Link to the restaurant’s event inquiry route. Availability is confirmed by its team.

2

See if it sounds like you.

Receive three caption drafts and photo suggestions. Tell us what feels right and what you would say differently. We confirm timing after reviewing your request.

3

Approve. Post. Repeat.

If it fits, join the monthly pilot when billing is live. You approve and publish. We review what you used, time saved and whether continuing is worthwhile.

A few good questions.

Will the content sound like our restaurant?+

We start with your menu, story and examples of how you speak to guests. Drafts need human review, and your team approves the wording before publishing. Tell us what feels off; the monthly plan includes one revision round per weekly batch.

Who is this for?+

Our initial focus is owner-led independent restaurants that already offer catering or private dining, can take additional bookings, and have someone who can approve and publish content. Other restaurant projects can be discussed separately.

Does $149 include SEO, menu and website work?+

The $149 monthly plan covers the listed content and review-response drafts, calendar and summary. SEO audits, menu projects, website copy or builds, account management and broader campaigns require a separate written scope and quote.

Will you post for us?+

No. You receive drafts to review and publish yourself. You keep control of your accounts and final wording.

What do you need from us?+

A menu link, your voice and priorities, accurate hours and offers, and permission to use any photos you provide. For review replies, send the reviews you want help with.

When do we pay?+

The free sample does not require payment. Paid subscriptions are not live yet. We will confirm the scope and start date before inviting you to subscribe.

Can we cancel?+

The proposed paid pilot is month to month. Request cancellation through the website contact form before your next billing date. Existing paid periods run through the end of that month.

Will this bring us more customers?+

We do not guarantee sales, reservations, follower growth, or review scores. The service delivers content drafts and planning.
